About
BREAKPOINT is a round-based tactical shooter played in first person, where the map itself is part of your arsenal. Each round opens with a short planning phase: choose a primary weapon, a utility gadget and your protection level, then study the current infrastructure before the fight begins.
On the attacking side your goal is to reach the data core and hold it to capture. On The Exchange, three routes lead toward the core, guarded by breach walls, barriers, a power door and a power point. Breach weak walls, lower barriers or reroute power to open new paths that the defenders may not expect. Matches are played as first to 5 round wins.
Loadouts shape how you play. Pick the versatile VK-4 Carbine, the fast-handling Rook-9 SMG or the precise DMR-18 Marksman. Scout with Recon Pulse to scan structures and ping nearby enemies, or deploy destructible cover with the Defense Kit. Go Light for full speed and two gadget uses, or Heavy for 125 health at the cost of mobility and gadget charges. Keep an eye on your health, ammo and tactical supply as the round clock ticks down.
