Chop, craft, and hold the fireline — five nights alone on a wild island.
Ember Isle drops you alone on a wild island with nothing but your hands and five nights ahead of you. Days are for the island's gifts: fell pines for wood, crack open boulders for stone, strip the berry bushes bare. Nights are for the fire.
Craft a stone axe and the island opens up — trees fall in two swings, rocks give up their stone. Build a crackling campfire and a canvas shelter before the light dies, because at dusk the Hollow come: gaunt, ember-eyed figures that prowl out of the treeline and will not cross the fire's glow. Stand in the light and they can only circle and snarl. Step into the dark to gather more wood, and they close in.
Keep three flames burning — health, hunger, and warmth. Berries hold off the hunger, fires hold off the cold, and a warm meal by the fire mends what the night tears. Survive all five nights and see the dawn of day six.
