Patient Zero flips the zombie apocalypse on its head: you don't survive it — you cause it. From a strategic top-down view you watch two sleepy villages, a bustling small town, and a dense city with a military base on its edge. Your only weapon is a syringe full of a very bad idea.

Start the chain reaction

Pick your strain, click a crowded street, and watch the first victim turn. Every zombie spreads the virus on contact — one bad decision by a local cop can cost a whole district. Police patrols respond fast, and if the outbreak fizzles out, you lose.

Evolve the horde

Every turn feeds your Mutation Lab. Spend Mutation Cores to make the horde faster, tougher, and meaner — or grow a hulking Brute that soaks bullets and smashes through the city's defense. Reach the infection quota before the military cleans up.
