Build squads from nearly 700 generated players with pace, shooting, passing and potential ratings that matter. Scout six world regions for wonderkids, then negotiate — clubs counter your bids, agents haggle over wages, bonuses, release clauses and playing-time promises. Set formations from 4-3-3 to 3-4-3, tune mentality, pressing, tempo and line, then watch your plan unfold live on match day: change to Very Attacking at 70 minutes, throw on a fresh striker, chase the equaliser.

Train your squad, promote academy kids on intake day, upgrade five facilities to level 10, sign shirt sponsors, keep the bank solvent and the board on side. Win promotions, lift the Albion Cup, collect job offers from bigger clubs — or get sacked and start over somewhere humbler.
