Bannerfall is a medieval kingdom-conquest war on a great coastal island — five rival banners, fifteen regions, and one seat at the top.
Pick your banner at the war table and land on the island with a keep, a sword, and a treasury. Chop timber, quarry stone, and tax your land to raise farms, barracks, watchtowers, and stone walls. Train footmen, garrison your regions, and march under your colors: stand at a rival banner to strike it down and raise your own, while their garrisons — and their lord — fight back.
The war does not wait for you. The four rival lords gather, build, train, and march in real time — and when you close the game, the island is saved exactly as you left it. Come back later and discover what the lords did while you were away: new keeps, new banners, new raids on your borders. Every return is a fresh chronicle.
Take all fifteen regions to claim the island. Lose them all, and your banner falls. Simple to pick up, deep enough to lose a whole evening to — and the island never plays dead.
