What Is Death? opens with three words: You are born. You begin as an ant, a tiny dark body dwarfed by giant blades of low-poly grass, with nothing to guide you but hunger and a few arrows on the edge of the screen.
Follow the green arrow to track down tiny critters, close the distance, and tap BITE to eat. A DASH button gives you a quick burst of speed, and a virtual joystick lets you steer through the grassy world. Keep an eye on the red arrow too, because not everything out here is prey.
An orange meter runs across the top of the screen, a Meals counter tracks every catch, and a row of markers beside the label Life 1 hints that this ant is only the first of the lives ahead. Built for touch-friendly play right in your browser.
