Concrete Empire

Concrete Empire starts you in The Pit, a ghetto block with ten soldiers and a city full of enemies. From a top-down view of the night-time city, you manage your turf one district at a time, watching your cash, crew, heat and territory count along the top of the screen as the days tick by.

Tap a district to open its panel and see its income, defense and heat, plus any district bonus. The Pit, for example, makes recruiting cheaper. Fill empty lots with rackets to bring in money, put the local cops on payroll to cut a district's heat, or pay off the Commissioner to bring heat down across the board. Recruiting more crew costs cash, so every dollar has to be weighed against what it buys you.

Five rival empires hold their own districts: Volkov Bratva, The Syndicate, Velvet Saints, Golden Lotus and Los Serpientes. A fed case meter tracks the law's interest in you, and a street news feed reports what is happening on the streets. Pause or speed up time as you plan your next move toward controlling all 12 districts.
