Aetherfall

Aetherfall is a 3D open-world action adventure set in a fallen kingdom. A wide green valley rolls out beneath you, thick with stylized trees and dark pines, cut by dirt paths and a winding blue river, and ringed by jagged grey mountains under soft painterly clouds.

The land is dotted with things worth reaching. Pillars of orange light rise from distant points, a pale beam climbs into the sky above a glowing domed structure at the heart of the valley, and broken stone arches, a dark spire and a small shrine pedestal sit half-swallowed by the forest. Hold Tab to scan the horizon, pick a landmark, and set out.

You travel on foot with a full adventurer's toolkit: WASD to move, Shift to sprint, and Space to jump, glide or climb-leap. In a fight, left-click swings your sword, right-click raises your shield (tap to parry), and Q dodge-rolls out of danger. F throws a rune bomb, E interacts, M opens the map, and Z / C plus the mouse wheel turn and zoom the camera.

The mood is adventurous and serene: a quiet, open world that invites you to wander toward whatever catches your eye.
