Every week is a real coaching decision. Run one training session: push attack drills, drill the defensive shape, rebuild fitness, or rest tired legs and lift morale. Pick your intensity knowing that intense weeks build better players and pull hamstrings. Then read the scout report and choose the formation that blunts what the next opponent does best.

On match day you give the team talk - a calm word, a fiery speech that might backfire, or permission to play free - and live through every minute as it happens: chances, cards, goals and the roar of The Foundry when your striker buries one.

Win the league and the town paints itself rust orange. Finish below what the board expects and your office gets cleared out. Survive, and next season every rival gets stronger while the board expects more.
