Be the first to say what you think.
Tear Depths is a top-down pixel-art dungeon crawler set in a gloomy, stone-tiled basement. You play a tiny, bald child standing alone in a shadowy brick-walled room, with an open doorway on the wall and a small minimap in the corner hinting at more rooms beyond.
The controls are simple and shown right on the floor: WASD to move, Arrow keys to shoot, and E to drop a bomb. Press M to mute.
The HUD keeps everything in view: red heart health, counters for coins, bombs and keys, and a stat panel tracking Speed, Tear Rate, Damage, Range and Shot Speed. The current floor, Basement I, and your score sit on the right side of the screen.
With moody lighting, cracked floor tiles and a muted retro palette, Tear Depths captures the feel of a classic basement-crawling roguelite in your browser.
