The System reviewed every candidate and picked the weakest one. Your HUD now reads RANK SSS, THE LIFE-GIVER, and the words SYSTEM: BOND ESTABLISHED float over the arena with a blessing of life granted. You begin at level 1 with 130 health and 120 energy.

Move with WASD, aim with the mouse, and slash with J or left click. Revive sits on the E key, and Life Nova waits behind a locked R. The arena itself is a dark grid lit by pale vertical beams and drifting yellow motes that scatter around your feet.

Three villagers lie dead nearby and the corner counter already shows Fallen 3, with Wave 0 of 10 and no allies on the field. The System log warns that a foreign presence is sweeping the battlefield, scanning for a suitable host. Raise the fallen, keep them standing, and survive what comes looking for the weakest.
