Sterile Cycle

Sterile Cycle is a free simulation game made with AI by @chickenadobonpc, and you can play it right here in your browser.

Behind every surgery, there's an SPD tech.

Step into the gloves of a Sterile Processing Department technician in a busy hospital basement. Dirty instruments arrive from the OR. The case clock is ticking. Your job: run them through the real workflow — decontamination, ultrasonic, washer-disinfector, inspection, wrapping, autoclave, and finally onto the case cart for delivery.

A simulator that respects the craft

Real instrument names. Real machines. Real workflow. Hemostats, Mayo scissors, Kelly clamps, Adson forceps, needle holders — assembled into the right trays for the right cases. Cut corners and the surgeon notices. Get it right and your reputation climbs.

Calm, methodical, satisfying

A clinical world of brushed stainless steel, polished tile, soft fluorescent light, and the gentle hum of equipment. First-person perspective. Take your time, or race the clock — your choice.
