Planet ER is a free simulation game made with AI by @maxify, and you can play it right here in your browser.
Planet ER puts you and a crewmate on duty as medics for a very unusual patient: a smiling cartoon Earth. Her chart sits in the corner of the screen, with a live heartbeat monitor and three vital signs to watch: Heat, Oceans and Forests.
The shift starts on a red-and-white helipad on a low-poly ice cap, surrounded by bright blue water and spiky green forest on a small round world. Grab a tool from a glowing supply pad, then get moving. An on-screen tracker counts active crises and how many you have treated, and a hand indicator shows what each player is carrying.
Each player gets their own half of a split screen, so you can split up across the planet or stick together. A big countdown shows how long is left in the shift, and the hospital PA chimes in with cheerful announcements to keep the crew on task.
Bright colours, chunky low-poly scenery and a ticking clock make for a quick, friendly co-op session on the couch.
