Milk Run Japan puts you behind the wheel of a chunky blue voxel delivery truck, its bed loaded with milk bottles, on a winding two-lane road through the Japanese countryside. Timber-framed houses, pink cherry blossoms, stone lanterns, terraced green fields and a blocky snow-capped mountain line the route.
Every run starts with a countdown and a ticking timer. An on-screen arrow points you toward your next drop, showing the delivery number and the distance remaining. Reach it before the clock runs out to keep the run going. Fail, and it's back to the start. Your HUD tracks deliveries made, kilometers covered, your speed and current gear, plus a milk crate gauge showing your load of bottles.
The truck is built to feel punchy, with plenty of torque to wrestle through the bends. Use W / Up to accelerate, S / Down to brake and reverse, A D / Left Right to steer, and Space for a handbrake drift. Wander off course? Press R to get back on the road. P pauses and M mutes.
