Madness: The Ultimate Fusion is a 2D side-scrolling action game inspired by the Madness Combat fan-game legacy. Drag to move, flick up to jump, crouch while running to slide, and aim freely with a second thumb or the mouse. Aim snaps slightly toward enemies, so you can keep the pressure on.

Combat is about improvisation. Dodge-roll through gunfire, melee to punch, bash, or slash, and hit a gunman while he lines up a shot to disarm him. Grab and throw anything you can reach: pick up two pistols or UZIs to dual wield, lift barrels and chairs, or hurl an empty gun as a projectile. When things get hectic, trigger Focus to slow time, see bullets, and spot weak points. Kills refill the meter.

Each enemy type demands a different answer. Grunts panic, and Agents roll away from your shots. Engineers in yellow visors build turrets, throw smoke, and radio for backup, so take them out first. Soldats with red monocles rush you, parry melee, and need two headshots to crack their helmets. G03LMs only break under explosions, heavy blades, or anti-materiel rounds.

Full keyboard support is included: A/D to move, W or Space to jump, S to crouch, Shift to roll, mouse to aim and fire, F or right-click for melee, E to grab and throw, Q for Focus, and R to reload.
