HYPERTYPE

HYPERTYPE is a free racing game made with AI by @kingcheeseman, and you can play it right here in your browser.

Race at the speed of your fingers\n\nHYPERTYPE turns typing into a full-throttle starship race. Five flight lanes, one glowing cosmic track, and a single rule: every correct keystroke pushes your ship forward, every mistake stalls it dead — there is no backspace in space. A one-per-race Hyperdrive (press Enter) skips your current word in a flash of warp light, and an elite Cosmic Anomaly occasionally invades matchmaking for anyone brave enough to take it on.\n\n## Climb, customize, collect\n\nRace results pay out credits and XP based on placement, raw speed, and accuracy. Level up, unlock milestone rewards, and spend your credits in the Orbital Hangar Dealership — eight distinct starships with their own engine glows, unlockable warp trails, pilot titles, and comms stickers. Daily Supplies restock every 24 hours, Featured stock rotates weekly, and a Daily Supply Pod recharges every 21 hours with random drops — including an exclusive ship.\n\n## Seasons, fleets, and fame\n\nThe Seasonal Flight Pass runs 30 tiers across free and premium tracks, fueled by Season XP from races and rotating daily contracts. Found a Fleet with your own six-character tag and shared treasury, chase the Daily Top Pilots, Season Leaders, and the All-Time Hall of Fame, and grind through 120 achievements — from first races to flawless, high-WPM marathons that pay out exclusive ships and titles.\n\n## Built for pilots and classrooms\n\nCommand Pass subscribers earn +20% on everything, fly the golden Aurora Prime flagship, and get the full premium pass. A moderation and reporting system keeps fleets friendly, anti-cheat cadence analysis keeps the boards honest, and a dedicated educator portal lets teachers set up classrooms, assign typing goals, and track student progress. Four prompt languages, four race-text themes, full audio settings, and remappable Hyperdrive keys round out the cockpit.
