Girls' Night In is a narrative visual novel that opens on a quiet Saturday at half past six. Your little flat smells of body spray and burnt toast, the radiator is clanking, and your phone is holding two tickets to an action film where a man in a vest punches a helicopter. Then the evening starts to take a different shape.
The story unfolds across chapters, beginning with Week One: Just This Once. Read through warm, wry prose in a soft panel beside your character, tap to continue, and watch how the night plays out.
Your choices are tracked on meters at the top of the screen: Girly, Glow, Heart (a scale running between Girls and Boys), and your bond with Sarah. Each one shifts as the story moves along, hinting at who you are becoming and who you are drawn to.
With a cosy bedroom setting, a hand-drawn character in a lightning-bolt tee and ripped jeans, a journal button, and sound controls, it is a gentle, character-driven story about one evening that might not stay just this once.
