Be the first to say what you think.
Flee the Sermon is a side-scrolling chase runner with a satirical streak. You play a frazzled man in a navy suit, clutching a book as he sprints down a sunny city sidewalk past colorful storefronts. Right behind him, a wild-eyed preacher in a cream suit lunges forward with a microphone in hand, trailing a stream of flying sermon pages.
Your goal is simple: reach the little church across town before the sermon catches you. Jump with Space, W, Up, or a click, and jump again in mid-air to double-jump. Slide with S or Down to duck under plates and beams in your path.
The preacher's voice is on by default, and you can toggle it with V if you need a break from the shouting. The art is bold, hand-drawn cartoon with thick outlines and exaggerated expressions, from the runner's panicked face to the preacher's fiery glare.
