The last fire in a world gone dark. You are the Warden — a hooded blade sworn to the Heartfire, the final flame burning in a ruined cathedral garden. When night falls, the dead rise from both horizons and march on the light.

Hold the flame until dawn. Skeletons claw up from the soil, ghosts drift through the trees, hell-hounds sprint the treeline, and worse things gallop out of the dark — eight nights of it, each one hungrier than the last. They want the fire. Some of them want you. Run the graveyard line, jump the ambush, keep your blade busy and your back to nothing.

Spend the night's embers at the shrine. Every creature you cut down scatters embers. Between waves the ember shrine stirs — trade them for a sharper blade, a sturdier heart, faster boots, mend the flame itself, or one more potion for the road. When the meter burns full, unleash the Ember Burst and turn a collapsing night into a bonfire of your own.

Survive the eighth night — and the thing that leads it — and dawn finally breaks.
