Echo Location

Echo Location is a 2D top-down stealth dive through a pitch-black cave. You play a lone diver with one tool: a sonar ping. Press Space and the dark briefly gives up its shape, outlining rough stone walls in faint neon green before everything sinks back to black.

Seeing has a price. Something in the cave hunts by sound, and every ping tells it where you are. The rule is simple and printed right on the title screen: ping, then move. Stay put after lighting up the cave and you are inviting it to come find you.

Swim with WASD or the arrow keys and choose your pings carefully as you feel your way through the cave. The look is minimal and moody: glowing green text, a small diver silhouette and stone edges barely visible against the void.
