Each case follows four steps:
- Check the chart and pick the right eye, remembering that you face the patient.

- Measure the eye's length with the ultrasound probe.
- Review the numbers and choose the lens.
Six weeks later, the patient sees what you measured. Three serious incidents and you're pulled from clinic.
