Aetherfall is a single-player fantasy RPG in the spirit of classic World of Warcraft, built in bright, stylized low-poly 3D. Your journey begins at the race selection screen, set against a sunny valley of rolling green fields, snowy peaks, pine trees and a blue-roofed village, with your hero standing ready in the meadow.
Pick from four peoples, each with its own lore, racial bonus and home:
- Human: stalwart defenders of Brightwood Vale. Diplomacy grants +10% experience from all sources. Starts in Brightwood Village.
- Orc: proud warriors of the red canyons. Blood Fury adds +6% damage dealt. Starts in Redrock Hold.
- Elf: graceful guardians of Moonwhisper Forest. Quickness gives +4% critical strike chance. Starts in Sylvaneth Glade.
- Undead: risen champions who refuse to stay in their graves. Will of the Dead means 6% less damage taken and faster regeneration. Starts in Duskmourn.
Name your character, press Enter World, and set out from your starter area into a light, heroic world of bright skies, glowing fireflies, strange mushroom groves and distant red-rock canyons.
