BLACK DEATH presents a first-person survival-horror scene beneath looming urban towers. Muted green-black shadows, angular architecture, and restrained amber HUD accents give its abandoned Lower Manhattan quarantine sector an oppressive atmosphere.

Your displayed objective, A fragile tomorrow, calls for recovering medical supplies from abandoned quarantine checkpoints. A nearby medical-cache marker guides the search, while a scoped MK18 carbine fills the foreground.

The survival HUD tracks health, stamina, infection, and ammunition alongside a contaminated-fog warning and Black Death front timer. Quick-access slots show a carbine, medical supplies, a light, and a save book, with on-screen prompts for movement, sprinting, interaction, reloading, and healing.
