Mercy General is dark, the patients are walking, and you're the only one left with a pulse. Hospital Zombies drops you into a procedurally generated hospital where every round brings more of the undead — and every kill earns the cash you need to stay ahead of them.

Start with a sidearm and a combat knife, then build your arsenal: buy the carbine off the wall, flip the power lever to light the wards, or gamble on the mystery box — it might hand you an AK-47, a UMP-45, an M60 machine gun, a Desert Eagle, or an AWP sniper rifle. Every weapon kicks, flashes, and handles differently. Headshots pay double. The knife never runs out of ammo.
