Harbor City

Harbor City is an open-world crime playground on your phone. Free-roam a dusk-lit harbor city of glass towers, brick mid-rises and warehouse docks — on foot or behind the wheel of anything you can open the door of.

Cause chaos your way: shoot up the streets with soft auto-aim, blow up explosive barrels in chain reactions, smash crates and wreck cars for fireworks. Every crime you commit raises your WANTED stars — squad cars spawn in, box you in, ram you and take shots. Break their line of sight to cool the heat, or go out in a blaze and respawn richer in scars than in cash.

Cash bundles are scattered across the sidewalks. Spend them at the glowing wardrobe rings: pick up the Carbine Rifle, and swap between three looks — Street Hoodie, Harbor Boss Suit, Night Enforcer — each a full outfit change on your character, in the menu or mid-session.
