The player uploads two images — a front photo of a real house and a floor plan — and the game instantly turns them into a fully walkable, photo-realistic 3D home they can explore in the browser with WASD + mouse-look. Core loop: (1) Upload photo + floor plan via drag-drop UI; (2) generate a multi-room 3D interior + exterior with day-night cycle, dynamic lighting, ambient audio; (3) Player walks through every room in first-person; (4) Decorate mode — 12 archetypes (cabin, loft, mansion, dungeon, shrine, B&B, ship cabin, lighthouse, treehouse, bunker, museum, restaurant) × 4 styles (Nordic, Boho, Cyberpunk, Cottagecore) = 48 base room themes; (5) 200+ furniture items placed with click-and-drop; (6) 30 NPC occupants roam and react; (7) Day/night × 5 weather × 4 seasons = 80 lighting presets via real-time PBR; (8) Photo mode with depth-of-field, filters, share-link; (9) Leaderboards — ugliest dream, dreamiest, priciest valuation.
