Somewhere in this valley lies the Jade Cipher — and the expedition that came looking for it never walked out. You have a pistol, a handful of rounds, and their journal.

The ancient gate reads three symbols, left to right. Find the carvings hidden among the ruins, learn the order they belong in, and set the dials at the door. Get it wrong and the stone stays shut.

You are not alone out here. A hired gun patrols the forecourt, and he takes cover, flanks, and reloads like he means it. The approach to the temple is trapped, too — watch the leaf litter for a pressure plate before it opens you up.
