The Goop spreads through the mall and transforms ordinary shoppers, employees, and visitors into silly, mischievous creatures known as Goofheads.

The Goofheads are not scary zombies or monsters. They are goofy, confused, and harmless troublemakers who create chaos throughout the mall by dancing on tables, riding shopping carts, throwing food, blocking pathways, and covering stores with colorful slime.

Players choose from a variety of mall-themed heroes, including security officers, cleaners, maintenance workers, managers, and store employees, each with unique abilities and playstyles. Armed with cleaning gadgets, foam blasters, bubble cannons, and other family-friendly tools, players explore the mall, complete quests, rescue trapped customers, clean Goop-infested areas, defeat Goofheads, and restore order to the shopping center.

As players progress, they unlock new wings of the mall, upgrade equipment, customize their characters, help survivors, and uncover the mystery behind the Goop outbreak. Through exploration, humor, teamwork, and lighthearted action, players work toward one goal: saving Sunny Plaza Mall and bringing the community back together.

The game focuses on fun, adventure, exploration, progression, humor, and helping others, while remaining completely family-friendly with no blood, gore, horror, or realistic violence.
